These students can take an additional seminar in marriage and family therapy research and may be able to work in a research lab and complete a research thesis project. All faculty members are conversant with Integrative Systemic Therapy (IST), which serves as the umbrella perspective for learning systemic therapy, and have wide range of backgrounds in a variety of theories and practices.
